About 7 days: is needed for aspirin effect to clear your system. If no significant bleeding has occurred by this time then it should be fine to restart aspirin after 7 days. If still have questions then contact primary care physician for guidance.

Hold off: I would hold off on resuming aspirin for another several days unless your own physician,who knows your history best, advises you otherwise. Aspirin affects the blood platelets as long as 10 days after stopping it.
