A member asked:

Is oversleeping unhealthy? i am not tired if i sleep 7 hours a day, but it's become a habit to sleep 10 hours a day depending on my schedule!

I think so: Oversleeping has been linked to a host of medical problems, including diabetes, heart disease, and increased risk of death. Researchers are careful to note, however, that two other factors -- depression and low socioeconomic status -- are strongly associated with oversleeping.
