Probably you are OK: If there is no swelling no redness or no pain , there is very little cause for alarm. Your Nexplanon is a very effective and safe way to prevent pregnancy; your healing process at the site of implantation in your arm may cause you "some scarring and itching" which should resolve spontaneously. Be a little patient a little longer. Be safe.

Maybe: Sometimes you can get itching while healing, however it is better to have the site examined to make sure you are not having a reaction to the device or a problem with the impantation site.
