You need: a complete medical evaluation. The poor appetite may be causing constipation straining to have bowel movements and subsequent hemorhoids/bleeding..but this is a SIMPLISTIC answer! See your PCP (Primary Care Provider) ASAP! Hope this helps Dr Z
