Your symptom: are pretty "classic" for HEMORRHOIDS!!!! Sitz baths could help (sitting in warm-hot bathtub) as might a NUMBER of OTC hemorrhoid Preparations! HOWEVER rectal BLEEDING needs confirmed DIAGNOSIS ...Get it "looked at" soon! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
