Cycle levels: yes. Female hormone levels change through the month. The best day is about 22

Yes.: You generally want to draw your blood around day 21 of your cycle. This gives you the best idea what the hormones are doing during your cycles. Alternatively, you could try a 28 day salivary test (which is actually done on 11 days over the course of a cycle). That gives you an even better idea what the hormones are doing. Hope this helps.

Yes: In a woman who is cycling naturally, hormone levels will change daily. If you trying to check for ovulation, progesterone should be checked during the luteal phase. I usually suggest day 21.
