Pregnant?: I am a rheumatologist but saw your question. If you are sexually active, you certainly could be pregnant. The concern also is that one can develop an ectopic pregnancy which means the fertilized egg not be in the uterus correctly. With the back pain concern should be raised for a possible ectopic pregnancy which can be serious. Testing needs to be done so I suggest an ER or urgent care
