Need urologic care: Oab can be a very debilitating condition. Biofeedback, behavior modification, dietary changes are starters. Next would be a trial of bladder relaxant medications. If the symptoms have not resolved neuromodulation with interestim is excellent therapy. Sometimes b-tox njection into the bladder will be successful. Please find a urologist to provide good options available for you.
