See doc.: The fact that you are taking Levaquin (levofloxacin) suggests that you have a bacterial pneumonia. The fact that you are not better suggests that you have a resistant organism ( seems unlikely) or a viral illness ( much more likely) which did not need antibiotics in the first place. Sounds like you should see doc and get another handle on this. You may need an influenza a/b swab.
