None: if u fracture ur shin bone u can't walk, so stop worrying. Believe the 1st xray telling u no fracture.

R/O STRESS FRACTURE : With these symptoms, I would suggest getting a bone scan and MRI OF THE FIBULA/TIBIA. It is a bit unusual unless you are a long distance runner to fracture this. Follow up with a second opinion orthopedic consult. Rest and casting/crutches for non-weight bearing may expedite healing. Also the medication MICALCIN can increase osteoblasts activity and expedite healing
