A member asked:

I accept my 4'10 height but the society does not!really, i can't grow anymore in this medically advanced world?please tell what can be done?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not possible to grow: A 17 year old cannot grow taller IF his growth plates have fused (stopped growing). If not fused, he might grow a little bit (his doctor's growth chart can tell). To look taller, one can choose properly designed clothing and shoes, and have good posture. Being confident, having good social skills, and a strong speaking voice is good. Later, he can choose to live in cities having many short people.
