Cold: It depends what your symptoms are - a decongestant such as pesudoephedrine is good for stuffy nose or sinuses. Actaminophen may help with pain or swelling. Lastly, an expector such as guafenisin may help you cough up excess mucus. Colds are generally caused by viral illness and improve with supportive treatment.
