Had a patellafemoral replacement 4 months ago. having tracking issues . ct finds show disuse osteopenia. could it be from the tracking ?

Prob not: Disuse osteopenia is generally seen in patients who are not fully weight- bearing on the affected extremity.This may be due to pain (I see you have been diagnosed w/RSD) or immobilization.Mal-tracking is not uncommon after patellofemoral replacement . Consult w/ your surgeon or get a 2nd opinion. Best of Luck!
