"Free" treatment: Sorry you're in pain. There's no such thing as "free" treatment. If you're not paying for care, someone else is picking up your bill, either a charity, taxes, or donated time. Call your local Dental Society, Social Services, local hospitals, or university Dental Schools to see if reduced-fee treatment is available.
