Minor: Need to be on a surveillance program coordinated with cardiologist to follow aortic insufficiency and aortic enlargement. Need to avoid hypertension and be careful about activities that cause rapid rise in blood pressure like heavy weightlifting or strenuous abrupt effort. Maintain good weight and activity
