Trivial aortic & mitral valve regurgitation. there appears to be a conal branch that comes off the right coronary artery. he is in end stage renal failure from pax2 gene renal coloboma syndrome. could have heart problems later in life. concerned nana?

Will require dialysis or better still kidney transplant for end stage renal failure from RCS. Needs cardiac clearance prior to possible transplant.Requires opthalmic consultation as most RCS patients have significant eye problems also possible hearing deficits.Hope he is taken care of at major pediatric center as management of PBS requires experiened team including nephrologist, urologist & others
