Every march, i develop strep throat. i always treat it fast, however i'm now 14 weeks pregnant. i have had a sore throat and both ears ache for 2 days?

Time for an eval: I would contact your regular doc and have your suspicions confirmed. If needed, most antibiotics have no negative effect on the fetus, but tell the doc you are pregnant if it is not obvious.
