Persistent UTI: She may not have a simple UTI, or the bacteria are resistant to the antibiotic. Sometimes taking a bath is a potential source in rhe pediatric age group. Make sure they do a ursine culture with antibiotic sensitivities if available. She may need to see a urologist if it continues to recur or persists. Hope this helps!
