Cysts?: Thy may be cysts related to the skin or tissue insert the skin. Only treatment is removal, typically done with local anesthesia only as an outpatient. See your primary care to see if thats right for you. Hope this helps!

Have it checked by : your doctor. It could be sebaceous cysts or lipomas or other benign masses. Should be easy for your doctor to identify and remove or treat. Glad there's no pain.
