Part 2: i toook a pregnancy test 5 days ago & it said "not pregnant" i believe it's wrong. my period is 3 days late. should i get a blood test?

Yes,Tested too early: Home pregnancy test should be done 5-6 days after a missed period, negative result from a test done too early does not rule out pregnancy. You may get a blood test which would be positive now if you are pregnant. Or you could repeat the home test in 4-5 days.
