My ivf cycle ended in a negative 5 days ago.i bled for 3days.today i started cramping similar to pms cramping, it's been about 5 hours.what can it be?

Normal after IVF: This is such an emotionally charged time--so disappointing to have gone through all the work of IVF & then a negative result. The process of IVF throws your reproductive cycle into upheaval..cramping, bleeding, spotting, irregular periods, rampant emotions ....you can expect it all for a month or more.
