I started having neck pain amongst other symptoms, is this severe or just normal?

Neck pain: It is okay to have intermittent, non-severe neck pain. It is not normal to have constant and severe neck pain with pain radiation down to the bilateral upper extremities including numbness and tingling in hands or fingers.
