You need to see a Dr who can get a good history, do a physical and if needed do some labs. Only way to be certain it is not something to worry about.

Normal lymph nodes are pea sized and easily found in areas like the neck or back of the head where they are not buried in fat or deep tissues. When activated by infection or skin irritation they often increase to double resting size for weeks at a time before returning to pea sized.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
