Remember: There aren't a lot of cutaneous(skin) manifestations of calcium deficiency unless it's been going on for awhile. You can get dry, scaly skin, brittle nails, and coarse hair. So the white patches are likely unrelated to calcium issues. Masturbation rarely causes skin issues outside your genitals(if even that) unless you have an allergic reaction to the lubricant.
