I have bumps on my head they hurt i have it for years they say its overgrown hair or calcium deficiency or vitamin d which one is it?

Not calcium or D: Deficiency of calcium or vitamin d will not cause bumps on your head. Ingrown hair can do that but so can other things, so have it checked by a dermatologist.
