Follow it: Calcium defiency won't do this. Hypocalcemia from real tetany will affect your lips and fingers. I trust you are not hyperventilating. Make a note of whether it's one side or both, what the distribtion is, identify any triggers, and if it gets worse or there are new symptoms, get seen.
