Exertion: Exertional chest pain is concerning for interrupted oxygen supply to heart muscle. This needs to be ruled out first and foremost. Other possibilities include asthma (spasm of airway from the cold) or esophageal spasm. Call your doctor asap for testing, go to ER if occurs again before you see your doctor.
