Probably not: It is unlikely that strep throat is causing chest pain when breathing and walking. This is exactly the kind of problem that should be evaluated by a physician immediately. This could be something as minor as stress or muscle spasm, but it could be as serious as an evolving heart or lung problem. See your doctor. Good luck and be well.
