I got my tubes tied in 2012 since then my cycle has been on time as of today my cycle is late 5 days i am having back pain pelvic pressure and urgency?

Possible kidney: infection or pregnancy. if there is a tubal pregnancy it is early for symptoms but about 3 in 1000 tubals still get pregnant I would go to the ER or urgent care for an examination.
