Cough: I am sorry to hear of your troubles. If you have no fever and the cough is not productive and you have no other symptoms except for the cough and most people will get a bit tachycardic(increased heart rate after a coughing attack) it probably is not serious except for post nasal drip or mycoplasm(common but different type of bacteria) In the meantime, 2 tablespoons of honey every 4 hours may help.
