My 18 month old has a viral infection and croup and was prescribed aspelone by a gp to be taken in the morning. can it also be take at night? it really seems to work during the day but he is struggling at night and the coughing keeps him awake.

Yes but PCP visit: If there is any respiratory distress on the steroid, please see your PCP. Keep nasal passages clear with nasal saline mist and a cool air humidifier. The medication may be taken at night.
