My back has this annoying pain and it's been 4 days. it sometimes is affected by my breathing and also hurts when i lift weight with my right arm.

Mgt: There are several possible causes including muscular pain, pleuritic pain ( due to irritation of the lining of the lung) and cardiac causes. If you are otherwise healthy and do not have a family history of cardiac disease, I would suggest ibuprofen and a heating pad. If it relieves the pain, then it may be muscular. If it persists, please see your PCP.
