i felt a 'burn' in my left chest two days back.i neither had pain on the left arm nor i had prob in breathing.what can the prob be?i still have it.

Well....: Left sided chest pain at your age is unlikely to be cardiac, cardiac pain is usually behind the sternum.
This could be a rib pain, or temporary pleurisy related to a virus.
I would not worry at this time
