Can fasting cause an elevated (4.2) globulin level? what about fasting followed by a high protein meal before the test?

No it will not: Fastin (phentermine) will not effect the globulin level and fasting followed by high protein meal will not effect the level.Globulin in the body is produced by the liver.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
