Appendix?: There are many many things that can cause pelvic pain. If you have pain in the right lower abdomen then appendicitis must be excluded If you also have a fever and vomiting then you need to be evaluated promptly. This could be appendicitis which is an emergency. If the pain is mild then consider being evaluated by a doctor in the office
