No: Your ovaries are in your pelvis usually behind/below the uterus. Their is one on the left side and one on the right. You would not be able to feel your own ovaries. Your doctor can sometimes feel your ovaries by pushing to either side high in the vagina and pushing down on your lower abdomen with the other hand. Hope this helps.
