I keep getting what looks like episcleritis in my left eye, happens late night, am on computer a lot.I have been diagnosed with blephritis, other than that doc said my eyes are good. I do have crohns(likely) waiting on more tests. Not on medicine?

One eye itchy, red and face/skin around the eye puffy. Symptoms went away after a few days. I took no meds. Symptoms came back 2 weeks later. Eye doc says no infection and optic nerve looks good. Ordered MRI. Should I be worried?
Left eye/temple headache, PND, sort throat for 5 days. Doc says sinus. On Zithromax, Steriod spray, Advil (ibuprofen). Still have pain. Maybe Viral? Suggestions?
