I keep getting what looks like episcleritis in my left eye, happens late night, am on computer a lot.i have been diagnosed with blephritis, other than that doc said my eyes are good. i do have crohns(likely) waiting on more tests. not on medicine?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You are seeing doctors for your health and one of them could evaluate your eye condition better than is possible in this forum. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ophthalmologist. How much fluid ?: Red eyes with pc use is often due to drying of the corneal surface and drying of the conjunctiva. While reading, driving, using a pc or watching TV the eye drys out due to a decreased blink rate. Drink more fluids, to make more tears, use artificial tears, adn take occasional breaks

I have Crohn's (in remission) and had episcleritis a few times in the past. My left eye is mildly painful, slightly red and a bit sensitive today. Could this be episcleritis again if only in 1 eye?

Dry eyes n blepharitis. Seen 2 eye doc. Always give FML, (fluorometholone) lubricants. Sick of frequent eye inflammation, use eye drops daily n clean eyelid. Any cure?
