Poor eyesight : 20/400 vision means that you see at 20 feet what others can see at 400 feet. There are many people with 20/400 vision. However, they can be corrected to 20/20 with glasses or contacts. If your vision is 20/400 and cannot be corrected, it means you have poor eyesight and are legally blind.
