SIJ: 20y female has "hip going out" w. walking. If were subluxation of femoral head from acetabulum would be report of excruciating pain. People w. subluxation of sacroiliac joint, SIJ, oft due to Hypermobility Syndrome, sometimes experience spontaneous loss of leg strength. Dynamic seems to be sudden & transient leg paresis due to transient impingement of pre-sacral plexus by subluxing contiguous SIJ.
