(Osteo)arthritis: Osteoarthritis is more of wear & tear phenomenon whereas rheumatoid arthritis is an inflammatory condition. Regardless, they both lead to joint pain which can be aggravated w/pressure whether standing or walking (or running & jumping). Bursitis would be more likely to hurt regardless of activity. Joint infection more likely associated w/fever/sweats/chills etc. Uneven leg length causes pain, too.
