Unclear: You did not ask a question so it is unclear what you are asking. If abnormal endometrial tissue is noted on a transvaginal sonogram then it should be investigated by hysteroscopy, D and C or at least an endometrial biopsy. Retained products of conception are certainly one possibility but that diagnosis can not be made exclusively by sonogram
