Blood sugar: If you have no symptoms as a consequence of the low sugar, it is likely of no concern. However, if you are diabetic and using insulin or oral agents, it would be best to raise your BS a bit just to be safe. As you know, you can take oral glucose (candy, orange juice, etc) to accomplish this. If it goes lower, go to the ER or call 911 if you become symptomatic. Hypoglycemia can be fatal
