Tram Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) Wt Loss: Consider long term side effects on your liver as a result of taking both Tramadol and Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) (Hydrocodone/Tylenol) on a daily basis. Stick to only one of these two medications. Don't mix Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) and Tramadol. Keep your use to the bare minimum. Your weight loss agents have no drug drug interactions with either Tramadol or Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen). Your weight loss agents are safe to continue.
