Yeast?: The most common cause of such symptoms is vaginal yeast infection, but other possibilities include STDs, especially herpes. Yeast can often be self-diagnosed and treated with over the counter anti-yeast vaginal creams, but the first time should be professionally diagnosed. Definitely don't try neosporin; it would not work and might even make a yeast infection worse. See your doctor.
