A member asked:

Do you think the fact that i was born in the summer has do with why i do so well in high temps and i am freezing when it's 50 and 60?

Birth imprinting: There is a lot of research on "imprinting", whereby environmental exposure affects your body's function later in life. However, a lot of people who live much of their life in a hot climate have no trouble adapting to a cold one (or vice versa). Assuming your thyroid and other hormones are ok, your affinity to warm is probably just the way you are.
