It's not lead...: ... and dental amalgam will not make you sick. It has been used for over 150 years without consequence. If it was deleterious, we would have known by now.

Yes, lead fillings: could but lead has not been used in teeth for centuries or longer! Silver amalgam fillings composed of approx 50% mercury are still in wide use in spite of decades of controversies.
