A member asked:

If you need a glucose meter, can you get one from your doctor?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Doctor can write RX: If you have impaired fasting glucose or diabetes or other problem with your glucose levels, you doctor can prescribe a glucometer. You can also obtain a glucometer over the counter from your local pharmacy store but would recommend you read the instructions carefully before use and discuss obtaining one with your doctor.
