Recovering from cold blocked nose can't smell much on and off i can smell sweet fruity smell no one else can smell it. not diabetic tested with friends blood glucose tester was 5.5. what could this be and is it anything to bother the doctor with?

Congestion: if your nose is congested probably some dried mucus producing the smell. If no fever and feel like you're recovering I think that this will dissipate as your congestion completely resolves
