Fitness: Turn off the TV/computer/tablet…whatever and get them to go outside to play! Encourage activity. Provide them with a healthy, appropriately portion diet. Play with your child. Walk to the park, kick a ball together. If they are older allow them to participate in rec sports if they so desire. Go for walks, bike rides (wear helmets :)), hiking together. Stay fit as a family
